Southeast Asia was on my bucket list for a long time before we finally had the time to take our trip of a lifetime. We made an Avalon River Cruise the centerpiece of our vacation. I liked it so much that I decided to become an Avalon specialist - and I'm usually the guy who'd rather do everything on his own! Oh - did I mention the cooking classes? Fabulous!!
